Calandra helps you turn event details from photos, screenshots, messages, emails, and audio into calendar drafts you can review before saving.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as your email address and account identifier.
- Optional profile information you choose to add, such as phone number, country, location, language, or profile photo.
- Event content you submit for extraction, including text, photos, screenshots, files, and audio.
- Subscription information needed to manage your Calandra plan through the App Store.
How We Use Information
We use this information to provide the app, verify your account, extract event details, sync subscription status, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.
Third-Party Services
Calandra may use trusted service providers for infrastructure, email delivery, App Store purchase verification, and AI-powered event extraction. These providers process information only as needed to provide Calandra's functionality.
Retention and Deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. Uploaded photos and audio are deleted after extraction, with short-lived storage safeguards for cleanup. You can delete your Calandra account from the app, which removes your saved profile and authentication data.
Your Choices
You can review event details before saving them, manage permissions in iOS Settings, change your account email from the app, and delete your account from the Account screen.
